KW VegFest will be held in the Waterloo Town Square at 75 King Street South in Waterloo. 

The entire Festival is outside ; the entire Festival is wheelchair accessible.

Transit, Bike and Car parking

  • The ION Train stops adjacent to Waterloo Square, both Southbound and Northbound. The #s 5, 7 and 16 buses all stop within a block or so of the Square as well. Click here for schedule.
  • Bike parking is available on the edges of Waterloo Square, and in the Parkade directly across King Street from Waterloo Square.

  • Free weekend car parking is available in the lots adjacent to Waterloo Square, and these can be accessed from Caroline St. S; from Erb St. W., and from King St. S. near the LCBO. There is also a municipal lot behind Waterloo City Hall on Regina St. S

ATM machines

There are several banks in Uptown Waterloo within a block of the event. Most vendors will accept debit or credit cards, but some are not set up for this, so having cash with you is best.

PLEASE NOTE: Since the event is outside, there is some chance that we may have to move the date due to weather or other unforseen circumstances. We will let people know here and on all of our social media sites if this should happen.
